Brad Reid, tenor

brad-300x267A lifelong Texan, Brad Reid was born in Austin and was raised throughout the Lone Star State. He earned a B.M. in Vocal Performance from Texas Tech University (Lubbock, TX), studying under the tutelage of the renowned tenor Karl Dent. He later completed a double major equivalency in Music Theory at the University of North Texas (Denton, TX). Mr. Reid has performed choral music with the Dallas Symphony Chorus and Orpheus Chamber Singers; theatrical performances include The Music Man with WaterTower Theatre, Little Women (Regional Premiere) with the San Jacinto Project (Dallas), and many university and community theatre productions. He has also served as music director for several congregations and Community Theatre productions in the North Texas region. His early music solo debut was the role of the Evangelist in ABO’s performance of Georg Böhm’s rarely-performed Johannespassion in 2013.
