ABO's COVID-19 policies are designed to keep you and our musicians as safe and healthy as is possible. These policies are as much our venues' as they are ours, and we ask that you help us respect our venues having allowed us to perform in their space by following these guidelines. We are in regular contact with our venues for any changes that may be made based upon current public health guidelines from authorities in Travis and Bexar Counties, as well as at the state and national levels, and we will update this page as changes may occur. The date above is the most recent update.
Purchase of a ticket signifies an agreement on your part that you, and those attending with you, will adhere to these policies. No refunds will be given due to lack of willingness to adhere to COVID-19 protocols and policies. Should you purchase a ticket and later find that you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you refrain from attending. A refund will be issued to you – just notify us via email.
ABO's musicians will be masked at all times in both rehearsals and performances, with two exceptions: woodwind and brass players may remove their masks while playing, and vocalists may remove their masks while singing. If at any time these individuals are not actively performing, masks will be returned to their faces.
All audience members are required to:
• be masked at all times while inside the venue, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status,
• seat themselves adequately distanced from other parties, making every effort to stagger seating in adjacent rows,
• not attend if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, including but not restricted to runny nose, congestion, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, newfound loss of smell or taste, fever over 100°F, chills, joint and/or muscle aches, or diarrhea.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available for your use. We will also have masks available for those who are in need of one. We thank you in advance for your patronage and look forward to sharing our music with you.
