It’s not a concert, not a dinner party, and not a fund-raiser, but it’s definitely a little bit of all three!
It’s a chance to get to know your ABO musicians personally, while enjoying some wine and hors d’œuvre made for you by the musicians themselves. We’ll talk about our plans for the 2018-19 season and will play a little bit of fun chamber music as well.
It’s also a chance to learn about the various ways your contributions, both monetary and otherwise, can help us grow and continue to bring high-quality period-instrument performance to Central Texas.
If you’ve ever wanted to see what your favorite ABO personalities are like when they aren’t on stage, this is your chance!
The event will take place on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at a new West Austin home that has been graciously provided to us for the evening by the architects and seller. We’ll begin at 7:30pm and finish up around 9:00pm. The suggested donation is $25 per person or $35 per couple, to help us defray costs (cash, check, or charge accepted at the door). Savory and sweet hors d’œuvre, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
